An exceptional combination of skills that go beyond the 'table stakes' of strategic thinking/able communicator/delivers P&L performance etc required to lead organisations through times of change and challenge; my way of working is to consistently take and distil complexity and ambiguity into operational and organisational frameworks for success. Bringing sharp focus onto 'how' an organisation works, and needs to work going forward; in parallel to 'what' needs to happen to make the business a success are both pillars of how I work.

Using the tools honed throughout my career, which encompasses running multi-country businesses in financial services, financial regulation and government civil service, communications and advertising combined to create ambitious strategies that become the operational narrative, the golden thread, for colleagues to help the business succeed. Crucially, ensuring colleagues know what part they play, creating intentionally diverse teams who can work well together and inspire them to want to do their collective best for the organisation.
